Return Warranty Policy

HV Snowboard warranties its products from the original purchaser only. Please make sure to keep a copy of your original purchase receipt in the event of a warranty issue. If the product is found it be defective the item(s) will be repaired or replaced upon inspection at our location: HV Snowboards, 741 Ohms way, Costa Mesa, Ca. 92627.
In the event of a product replacement (Model, size, and/or color) is no longer available, we will replace your product with one of comparable performance, size, and value.

HV Snowboards Warranty

HVS warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase.What is Not Covered
  •     Any problem resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect. This includes but is not limited to rail and rock damage.
  •     Cosmetic issues including top sheet dents or chips, sun-faded graphics, and edge oxidation or rust.
  •     Board damage resulting from improper mounting of bindings, including the use of incorrect mounting hardware in the binding inserts area resulting from improper mounting.
  •     Normal wears and tear.

Returned Items

If products do not meet the conditions outlined in our Return Warranty Policy, they may be rejected. In these cases, the returned products will be shipped back to you and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Return Shipping Charges

You are required to cover all return shipping charges, unless the item(s) arrived meet our return warranty policy inspection.
